Information - WordToPDF Pro

To convert Word, Excel or PowerPoint files to the PDF file format, WordToPDF Pro is for you at a very moderate price. This is in combination with the Ghostscript Freeware tool. WordToPDF Pro will do the job and configuration procedure for you.

You will need the following for being able to make full and good use of this tool:

You will need the Ghostscript tool installed on your computer. It may be downloaded as Freeware from the SourceForge website.

You will also need to have the following applications installed on your computer: Winword, Excel, and/or PowerPoint of the following versions: Winword 97, 2000, XP, 2003, 2007 and 2010; PowerPoint 97, 2000, XP, 2003, 2007 and 2010, Excel 2000, XP, 2003, 2007 and 2010.

You will also need to have a Postscript printer driver installed. We would recommend the Canon C LPB 460PS printer driver, for example. For further details of installation and configuration, please be kindly referred to the manual file of this software.

Working with WordToPDF Pro is easy. After the installation of this tool, select the Postscript printer driver installed. The Ghostscript installation will be detected automatically by WordToPDF Pro. But better
check under "configuration". Now, select files to be converted on your hard disk. Then, start conversion process to PDF by clicking on Generate PDF.
